DtM is now a Service Mark
Our attorneys at DLA Piper US LLP, Thomas Ryan and Mark Feldman, along with legal assistant Deanne Van Natta, have helped us to register both the Design that Matters service mark (the logo that we use to represent DtM) and the Kinkajou trade mark. We are grateful to DLA Piper for donating time and expertise to make this possible.
